As Principal of Morton West High School, I am very excited about the education that your child will get at Morton West High School.  Not only do we have the best teachers, coaches, and club sponsors, we have the best students a principal could ask for.  Our students and faculty provide and environment that is safe and academically rigorous.  I began my tenure at Morton West High School in 2009 and continue to be impressed  by our dedicated faculty and staff.  I have been married for nine years to my wonderful wife Katie and we have three sons Henry, Louie, and Mike.

Welcome to Morton West!  I am honored to be a member of the District 201 family since 2000.   I have served in several roles during my tenure in District 201,  including eight years as a Social Science teacher at Morton Alternative School.   In 2009, I transferred to Morton West High School to serve in the role of Dean of Students for two years before accepting the position of Assistant Principal of Operations. I truly enjoy the multiple facets of the work I do to ensure smooth and efficient school operations. The highlights of the Operations position include overseeing the day-to-day operations of several departments such as registration, enrollments, student records, health services, maintenance, and safety and security.

In my eighth year of teaching, I worked closely with board certified behavior analysts on applied behavior analysis.
This year will be my first year as the Dean of Students for the Freshman Academy. In my position I work closely with students, staff, parents, administration and the community to create a safe and productive learning environment. My focus will be on achieving a high attendance rate and encouraging positive behavior. I will collaborate to ensure a positive transition for the class of 2022.

It is a pleasure to be a part of the Mustang Family at Morton West High School as the Program Coordinator for Special Education.  At Morton West High School, we provide an entire continuum of special education services to our students who require such services.  These students include those who need adaptive and functional skills instruction to those in our instructional, inclusion, and resource continuums.  My goals are to help students with special needs succeed in high school and to provide them with the appropriate supports that will help them achieve their individual post-secondary goals.  Outside of school, I enjoy volunteering for Pillars on its Pillars Ball Committee.
